CADET PROGRAMS
We offer cadet programs to the students and graduates of the maritime schools of Georgia on the fleet of our client companies.
We take pride in the cadets we select as we have set the bar high and our requirements are highly demanding.
Our strategy is to ensure that the carefully selected cadets progress fast to senior officers which nurtures a sense of loyalty and pride and ensures stability.

Excellent English, communication and leadership skills, right mindset and motivation.
SCHOLARSHIP
Nautica Foundation launches a scholarship program to support young Georgians from disadvantaged families to pursue a career in the merchant navy.
Who can apply
Undergraduates of maritime schools with good knowledge of English, physically and mentally fit and highly motivated.

RATINGS RETRAINING
We pay special attention to the quality of maritime vocational education in Georgia. A 15-week Ratings Retraining Program is aimed to expand professional knowledge and sharpen English language communication skills.
After successfully passing the program and interviews with the Principals, the graduates will be offered a three-year employment contract.
